Guests: Due to safety considerations and limited space, guests and children are not permitted. Arrival: Please arrive to your appointment on time with clean lashes and free of all eye makeup. Extensions do not stick to dirt/makeup and cleaning takes time away from your fill. Appointments 10 minutes late will be canceled and charged 75% of the service fee. Cancellations/No Shows: I require 48 hours notice to cancel, move or change an appointment. Less than 48 hours notice is a fee of 75% of your service. Refunds/Corrections: No refunds are given. If you are unhappy with a service please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. After 48 hours it is charged accordingly. • Mini Fills must be booked within 7 of your last fill. • 2 week Fills require 50% of lash extensions remaining and must be booked within 14 days from last service or it is a 3 week Fill. • 3 week Fills require 40% of lash extensions remaining and cannot be booked more than 21 days past last service or it is a Full Set.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge 75% of the service for any cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment. If you need to cancel, change, or reschedule an appointment please reach out 48 hours prior to your appointment. No-Shows are charged 100% of the service.
